You can also call for maintenance support 24 hours a day at 972-878-7368 ext. 1 and a maintenance representative will assist you with your request step by step.
The representative will help you by ruling out any maintenance that you would be responsible for and to keep you from being charged on preventative maintenance.
They will also troubleshoot all possibilities to see if it is a small issue that you would be able
to fix easily without having to wait for a vendor to be dispatched.
If the issue cannot be remedied with the maintenance representative, then they will assign a vendor and you will be notified with their contact information.
